Our mission to become the 'Employer of Choice' has led up to wining a 'Top Workplace' Award by the Indy Star for the past 5 years, and we are not finished yet! ### Job Description - Full-time Hospice CNA - Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8a-5p - Available territory openings: CNAs usually assigned to 1-3 counties near the office this position is posted to - Provide compassionate care to hospice patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity. - Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition using EMR/EHR systems. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. - Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. - Support families by providing emotional support and education about hospice services. - Drive to patient locations as needed, ensuring timely and reliable service. ### Benefits - Competitive salary - Mileage reimbursement - Excellent PTO program (up to 136 hours in first year) - Every Friday is payday! - Health, dental, vision - 401k match program - Great team environment! ### Requirements - 1 years of CNA experience required - Licensed CNA in State of Indiana - One year Hospice experience preferred - Current driver's license - Must have reliable transportation and insurance
