Our happiest moments are often spent outdoors- hiking, enjoying the beach, exploring nature, or cheering on our children at soccer, baseball, football, cross-country, and dance. We love family dinners, spontaneous adventures, and creating a home filled with connection, laughter, and a little everyday magic. We're navigating a wonderfully full season of life, balancing demanding careers, frequent work travel, creative pursuits, and an exciting home renovation. Our home is a place where we want to feel grounded, inspired, and free to enjoy what matters most. Whether it's a peaceful morning, time to write and create, a weekend in nature, or simply gathering around the dinner table, we deeply value having the space to be present. We're looking for someone who can help make that possible by taking ownership of the many details that keep a household running. We already have professional cleaning support, so this role is about everything in between — organization, healthy food preparation, errands, thoughtful home touches, and the behind-the-scenes support that reduces our mental load. We're seeking a long-term partnership with someone who genuinely enjoys caring for a home and helping a family thrive. Who You Are / What We're Looking For We have a vision for trusted household support who can organically bring warmth, kindness, joy, and a genuine can-do spirit into our home. We're looking for someone who embodies that energy: friendly, grounded, easygoing, and thoughtful, with a natural desire to make life easier for others. You're a highly capable self-starter who sees what needs attention and confidently takes action. You have an eye for detail, enjoy creating order, and know how to prioritize without constant direction. Whether it's stocking the refrigerator with healthy staples, arranging fresh flowers, organizing a closet, handling returns, or preparing dinner, you take pride in ensuring the details are beautifully handled. You're tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable creating simple systems that keep a household organized — from shared lists and calendars to spreadsheets, photos, and project tracking. You can move easily between household management, errands, meal preparation, and administrative support while maintaining a calm, positive presence. You also understand that healthy boundaries are essential to a successful household partnership. You're warm and personable without being overly chatty, communicate thoughtfully, respect privacy, and know when to step in or give the family space. You're punctual, dependable, and conscientious, bringing steady, supportive energy rather than adding noise or complexity. Above all, you understand that your work creates something meaningful: a home that feels peaceful, nourished, organized, and cared for. When the essentials are handled and the mental load is lighter, the family has more freedom to enjoy nature, their children, creative pursuits, and time together.
