MG Properties is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall appeal at our community, Texcoco in San Diego, CA!. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive living experience for residents by ensuring common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and vacant apartments are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Essential Responsibilities

Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas, including hallways, resident amenities, laundry facilities, and waste disposal areas.
Clean and sanitize the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, and model apartments daily.
Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents.
Ensure vacant apartments remain fresh, clean, and move-in ready.
Maintain community cleanliness standards and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Monitor housekeeping inventory and notify management of supply needs.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!

Reliable transportation is a MUST!
Knowledge of the safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Compensation and Benefits

$21-$23/hour DOE
