MG Properties is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall appeal at our community,Texcoco in San Diego, CA!. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a positive living experience for residents by ensuring common areas, amenity spaces, offices, and vacant apartments are clean, safe, and well-maintained. **Essential Responsibilities** - Clean and maintain interior and exterior common areas, including hallways, resident amenities, laundry facilities, and waste disposal areas. - Clean and sanitize the leasing office, clubhouse, restrooms, and model apartments daily. - Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents. - Ensure vacant apartments remain fresh, clean, and move-in ready. - Maintain community cleanliness standards and report any maintenance or safety concerns. - Monitor housekeeping inventory and notify management of supply needs. - Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. - Perform additional duties as assigned. **Qualifications** - Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success! - As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties. - Reliable transportation is a MUST! - Knowledge of the safe use and handling of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. - Ability to work independently and efficiently. - Reliable, punctual, and dependable. - Positive attitude and strong work ethic. **Compensation and Benefits** - $21-$23/hour DOE - Monthly bonuses - Company profit sharing - Accrues 10 days Paid time off per year - 10 Paid Holidays and 2 Paid Personal Days per year - 40 Hours of Paid Sick Time - 401K with employer match - Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program - Life Insurance - Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account - Rental Discounts California pay range $21—$23 USD *MG Properties is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
