We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our facilities, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies as needed Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows Dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and sanitary manner Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor promptly Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times Respond promptly and professionally to customer or guest requests Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines, especially in residential or hotel environments Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks Participate in periodic deep cleaning projects as scheduled High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous but not required Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good physical stamina; able to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods Strong work ethic and reliability Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established protocols Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy we need only 4+ experienced candidates Aldibel L.L.C is dedicated to , ensuring top-notch services and products that cater to the unique needs of our clientele.
