As our **HR Assistant**, you'll support the employee experience from day one by coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, and helping keep our HR and office operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **What You'll Do** - Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all employment documentation is completed accurately. - Facilitate onboarding activities, including Form I-9 verification, orientation, and employee paperwork. - Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. - Support employee engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, and company events. - Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, incoming calls, and general office support. - Maintain organized office systems, records, files, permits, and compliance documentation. - Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination. - Assist with subcontractor onboarding and required documentation. - Coordinate branch facility maintenance to ensure a safe and professional workplace. - Provide administrative support that keeps branch operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly. **What's In It for You** - Hourly pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience - Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Paid Time Off - Career growth opportunities with one of America's fastest-growing home improvement companies - Supportive, collaborative culture that values teamwork and continuous improvement **What It Takes to Succeed** - 1–3 years of HR, onboarding, office administration, or related experience preferred - Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Professional communication and customer service skills - High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidential information - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) - Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus **More About TIMEPROOFUSA** TIMEPROOFUSA is redefining the future of roofing.
