**Job Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. About The Role:**The HR Business Partner will report to the HR Head, ESA and work closely with business managers and teams across Ethiopia. The role will provide practical HR expertise across the employee lifecycle, help translate business priorities into effective people initiatives, and promote consistent application of HR policies and employment practices.
