Job Description & Requirements We are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join our preschool leadership and operations team. The ideal candidate will be a people-orientated professional who can handle day-to-day HR functions and ensure compliance with ECDA and MOM regulations while supporting a positive workplace culture. Job Description: Manage full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment Handle HR documentation, payroll coordination, and leave management Ensure compliance with ECDA licensing, staffing, and qualification requirements Maintain personnel records, CPD tracking, and HR audit documentation Support staff engagement, training, and welfare initiatives Job requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field Minium 2 - 3 years of HR experience, preferably in preschool or education setting Familiar with ECDA systems (CMS, ONE@ECDA) and employment regulations Organised, detail-oriented, and people-focused professional
