Requirements Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a similar industry (ACMV). Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
