As an pat time HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle in Brazil. ## **The Wow** You will be part of a collaborative People team, helping to ensure smooth HR operations, strong employee engagement, and compliance with local employment legislation. This is an opportunity to make a real impact on the day-to-day experience of our people while contributing to the growth of a dynamic, international business. ## **A taster of what you will be involved with:** - Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives. - Partner with managers and employees to provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Maintain accurate employee records and HR data within internal systems. - Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure smooth HR operations. - Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and internal policies. - Coordinate facilities and office supplies - Contribute to HR projects focused on process improvement and employee experience and BEE. ## **What we are looking for** - Experience supporting core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. - Good understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and HR best practices. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail. - Fluency in Portuguese and a good working knowledge of English - Hybrid model 3x2 ## **What we offer** Much like riding a rollercoaster, sometimes life at Betsson can be lightning fast with twists and turns but always FUN!
