HR Operations Executive (Fixed Term Contract – 9 Months) 📍 Location: Goregaon, Mumbai 🕒 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST 📅 Contract: Fixed Term – 9 Months About the Role We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our People Operations team on a 9-month fixed-term contract . In this role, you'll support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, working closely with Payroll, HR Business Partners, managers, Finance, and other stakeholders to deliver an outstanding employee experience. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality HR Operations services by: Managing employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, leave administration, and offboarding. Preparing employment documentation and maintaining accurate employee records in Workday and other HR systems. Supporting monthly payroll activities by preparing and validating payroll inputs. Responding to HR Operations queries from employees and managers, providing timely and professional support. Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities with key stakeholders. Conducting HR data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance. Supporting employee benefits administration. Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For You'll be successful in this role if you have: 2–3 years' experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services. A good understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR administration. Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is an advantage). Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach. Why Join Us?
