# HR Recruiter > 2070Health · Mumbai, India · — · Posted 2026-09-03 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** SSO Hospital ## Description ### About the Role We are seeking a dynamic **Recruiter** to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within our hospital network. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment and a strong ability to source, screen, and onboard quality talent efficiently. ### Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management - Source candidates for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics) and non-clinical/support staff through job portals, referrals, and consultants - Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications - Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability - Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers - Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers/MIS - Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities for new hires - Build and maintain a talent pool for critical/urgent hospital positions - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio) ### Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - 2–3 years of recruitment experience, **preferably in healthcare/hospital hiring** - Familiarity with hiring for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles - Strong sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants) - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under deadlines - Proficiency in ATS/recruitment tools and MS Office ## Apply [Apply at 2070Health](https://apply.workable.com/2070health/j/9E735F0E53/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
