What You´ll DoClean, validate, and standardize employee data across HR platforms Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent records on our data and our processes and implement corrective actions into all our systems. Support reviewing organizational structures, job titles, departments, and employee information to ensure consistency across systems and updating massive data into HiBob or Workable. Build general HR reports. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other stakeholders to improve process automation. What You´ll Do

• Clean, validate, and standardize employee data across HR platforms
• Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent records on our data and our processes and implement corrective actions into all our systems.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation techniques. Nice to have Power BI knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
