You will work closely with HR expert teams to provide clear, reliable answers and support smooth employee administration across PwC Luxembourg. What your role will look like As an HR Service Center Officer, you will support employees through day-to-day HR administrative requests and help ensure employee questions are managed with care, accuracy and timely follow-up. This role matters because the HR Service Center helps employees navigate internal procedures and Luxembourg administrative requirements with confidence. Welcome employees at the HR reception and create a professional, well-organised first point of contact. Respond to employee questions through the desk, telephone and online platform, giving clear guidance on HR processes and administrative steps. Support employees on internal procedures and regulations, social security, labour law, and administrative procedures in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Document questions and answers in internal IT tools so that information remains accurate, traceable and useful for follow-up. Collaborate with HR expert teams when requests require specialist input or deeper research. Handle incoming and outgoing HR documents and contribute to wider HR administrative tasks based on team needs. Ensure quality, confidentiality and timely follow-up in every employee interaction. As you gain autonomy, you will deepen your understanding of HR processes, service quality expectations and the employee experience across PwC Luxembourg. The skills you bring A bachelor's degree (bac +2/3) in administration, Human Resources or another relevant field. 6 months to 1 year of similar experience in Luxembourg. English: C1 - full professional proficiency. French and/or German would be a plus. Basic / working knowledge of standard IT tools and the ability to document information accurately in internal systems. Ability to handle HR administrative information with confidentiality and care.
