Your mission We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on HR professional to join our growing team at ANAVIA and contribute to the future of unmanned aviation. Key Tasks Independently manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records and personnel files, time and expense management, withholding tax, insurance and pension matters, family and child benefits, and HR documentation . Manage and coordinate the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and administration of payroll in close coordination with the Finance Department. Manage full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers. Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including visa and work permit procedures, relocation-related administration, and other onboarding formalities. Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, amendments, certificates, confirmations, and letters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and internal databases. Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, administrative questions, and internal processes. Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance of employee data and HR documentation. Your profile 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR administration or in any similar role. Solid understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes . Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
