Job description
In this part-time position (up to 30 hours/week), you will oversee operational HR work—from managing onboarding processes to supporting performance reviews and professional development initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with management, office administration, and other departments to create a positive employee experience and actively advance our HR strategy. You’ll also help optimize our HR tool landscape, enhancing data management and process automation. Key Responsibilities Employee Support & Development: Serve as the go-to person for employee-related matters, contribute to performance reviews, and assist in implementing personal development and training programs. HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain HR data in relevant systems, prepare contracts, references, and other documents. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and proper handling of sensitive information. Process Optimization & Tools: Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, introduce and enhance HR tools (e.g., for time tracking, feedback, or absence management) to boost efficiency and transparency. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with management, office management, and various teams to foster a positive, transparent organizational culture. Recruitment Support & Onboarding: Onsite Support for the Talent Aquisition Manager, coordinate professional onboarding to ensure new team members are quickly integrated.
