Job Overview: Supports the workplace by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Qualifications: BS Degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Human Resources Management, or any business related courses At least 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement and Labor Relations Proven experience in managing disciplinary cases, conducting workplace investigations, and resolving conflicts Knowledgeable in grievance handling procedures Experience in organizing or supporting employee engagement initiatives is an advantage Background in handling performance evaluation processes is a plus Other competencies: Excellent communications skills both oral and written Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities High level of integrity and confidentiality Has emotional intelligence and people management skills Good in report writing and documentation Has keen attention to details and accuracy
