This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and People operations to support our growing workforce across the US and the UK. We are looking for candidates who are professional, adaptable and passionate about start-up. You will work hand in hand with business to achieve our recruitment goals. To start, this role will be a combination of Talent Acquisition (TA) and People Operations. You will work every part of the end-to-end lifecycle of bringing new talent into the fold - from crafting job descriptions, conducting phone screens to the onboarding programs. Key ResponsibilitiesDeeply understand the business logic and hiring needs, partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies.Attract and negotiate compensation packages and close all level candidates across the US and the UK. Manage employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure smooth integration.Support HR administration tasks such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.Process various transactions in our HRIS (Gusto), including hires, terminations, data changes, and organizational changesAct as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and general company policies.
