If you're ready to join a dynamic team and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! **We’re looking for an experienced, people-focused HR professional with a strategic mindset and strong hands-on capabilities for a temporary position (8-10 months).** If you’re passionate about people, thrive in fast-paced environments, and bring deep HR expertise, sound judgment, and a drive to make an impact - we’d love to hear from you. **About the Role** - As an HR Business Partner at AutoDS, you’ll work at the intersection of people, business, and execution - supporting employees and managers across our global organization while building scalable HR practices that enable growth. - Serve as the primary HRBP for our R&D, Data, and HQ departments, providing day-to-day support to employees and managers across multiple locations. - Act as a trusted advisor to managers on team development, employee relations, performance management, and complex people decisions. - Lead organizational change processes, translating business needs into clear communication and practical execution plans. - Own the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding. - Plan and execute global engagement initiatives and team offsites, managing objectives, content, logistics, budgets, and impact. - Use people data to identify trends, uncover challenges, and provide managers with actionable insights. - Build and improve scalable HR processes, including AI-powered workflows that increase efficiency and strengthen the employee and manager experience. - Lead strategic HR projects across learning and development, well-being, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. **Experience and Qualifications** - 3-4 years of experience as an HRBP in a global, fast-paced organization, supporting employees and managers across different locations and cultures. - Proven experience advising managers on employee relations, team development, performance management, organizational change, and complex people-related decisions. - Hands-on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, engagement, retention, and offboarding. - Proven end-to-end recruitment experience; from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews, offers, contract signing, and onboarding. - Strong analytical and process-building capabilities, with the ability to turn people's data into actionable insights and use AI tools to create smarter, scalable HR workflows. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and all organizational levels. - High proficiency in written and spoken English; Russian is an advantage. - Experience working with ATS and HRIS platforms; familiarity with Greenhouse and HiBob is preferred.
