Huawei Ireland Tech Arena 2026

Job description

Competing in the Intelligent Marketplace: Generative Sequential Recommendation Under Constraints. Recommendation systems are transforming how users discover content, products, and services. But making them effective in a competitive marketplace means solving a complex problem: Relevance under constraints. This is your chance to explore generative sequential recommendation by learning from user interaction histories, anticipating responses, and making smart decisions as multiple agents compete for attention. Your approach will need to balance recommendation quality with compute and runtime constraints. Imagine you are building the intelligence behind a fast-moving digital marketplace. Every interaction provides a signal, every recommendation can influence what happens next, and every design choice counts. The challenge: create an approach that is accurate, adaptable, efficient, and capable of evolving as the marketplace changes. Step up, think strategically, and prove that you can turn behavioural signals into smarter recommendations and a strategy. Why participate?
