Trust & Calibration Analysis: Identify instances where the AI is overconfident (leading to false trust) or overly cautious (leading to frustration) and refine the "Calibration of Trust." Persona & Tone Synthesis: Develop and test specialized personas (e.g., Empathetic Counselor vs. Objective Data Analyst) to ensure tone-alignment across different industries. Accessibility & Inclusivity Design: Evaluate how models handle diverse speech patterns, non-standard dialects, and accessibility needs to ensure the AI is truly global. Qualification path Mandatory Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree specifically in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, UX Research, or Behavioral Economics.
