Key Responsibilities
As the Human Resource Business Partner, you will:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across the organization
- Develop, document, and continuously improve HR processes, SOPs, and knowledge base materials
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, the Civil Code, BIR regulations, and company policies
- Manage employee records, HR documentation, contracts, and government compliance requirements
- Coordinate timekeeping, payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave administration
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, and offboarding
- Support performance reviews, coaching initiatives, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)
- Plan and execute employee engagement and culture-building initiatives

Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with strong exposure to HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Experience handling payroll coordination, labor compliance, employee documentation, and HR administration
- Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, BIR processes, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE compliance
- Experience creating SOPs, improving workflows, and implementing HR processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Experience supporting U.S. or international companies is an advantage
- Willingness to work a U.S. Central Time schedule
