We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern to support the Human Resources department with administrative and compliance-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn and gain hands-on experience in core HR operations, government submissions, employee data management, and incentive programs.Job descriptions: Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory forms, including ESOS (Employee Share Option Scheme) notices and other statutory requirements. Help maintain and update employee profiles and HR records in both digital and physical formats. Support the processing and tracking of HR incentive programs and internal documentation. Assist in drafting and formatting official letters, notices, and internal memos. Coordinate document submission deadlines, follow up with relevant departments, and ensure timely delivery. Provide general administrative support for HR projects and daily operations. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
