Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an HR Advisor role
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident handling sensitive and confidential information
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using HR systems and producing reports
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Desirable:
- Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience using HRIS platforms and people analytics
