SNPW team is looking for a Human Resource Rules staff to join our organization and support the implementation of company rules, policies, and procedures to ensure employee compliance and maintain a disciplined workplace. JOB OVERVIEW Reviews and updates company policies, ensures procedures comply with legal regulations, and advises management on compliance with applicable laws and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Social Science or any related field . Experience in compliance, policy administration, or a similar role is an advantage. Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation. RESPONSIBILITIES Interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations. Monitor legal updates and advise management on compliance requirements. Prepare, review, and update company policies and procedures. Ensure business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement compliance programs. Manage internal documents such as memorandums, procedures, and regulations.
