We offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where HR plays an important role in recruiting talent, supporting employees, and helping build a strong workplace culture. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring - Assist with HR policy administration and employee communications, helping ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied - Maintain accurate employee and recruiting records in HRIS/ATS systems - Coordinate performance management processes, including review cycles, documentation, and follow-up with employees and managers - Support new hire onboarding and HR documentation - Assist with employee relations, HR projects, and day-to-day HR operations **REQUIREMENT:** - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting systems - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail **QUALITIFICATION:** - Highly proactive, dependable, and team oriented - Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information - Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse work environment, building positive relationships with employees and colleagues from different backgrounds **EDUCATION:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields **EXPERIENCE:** - Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related function, preferably in a startup, manufacturing, technology, or fast-paced environment **SALARY:** - $60,000 – $80,000 **BENEFIT:** - 401K 6% matching (NO vesting period) - Healthcare 100% support (Health, Dental, Vision) - Life, STD, LTD 100 % support - Cell phone allowance - PTO and self-development
