HOPE61, a ministry of One Mission Society (OMS), mobilizes the church around the world to prevent all forms of human trafficking with collaborative training that equips churches to use their talents, abilities, and resources to address the vulnerabilities that lead to trafficking. The ministry emphasizes reaching out to all who are vulnerable to becoming involved in trafficking: victims, traffickers, and buyers. As an intern, you will join in this important work Responsibilities Assist in creation of human trafficking prevention curriculum for elementary aged children that can be used in churches locally and abroad Plan and conduct ENGAGE trainings Organize training reports Create social media and other website content Assist with various ministry tasks Requirements Self-starter Comfortable with Word and Publisher Relevant college classes in Education and/or Social Sciences Creative Details Dates: May 19 - July 15, 2025 Location: OMS Headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana Hours per week: 40 Compensation: $10 an hour Housing: Included at OMS Headquarters Application deadline: January 15, 2025 Optional: Short-term Mission Trip Interns have the option to take a short-term mission trip to Colombia during their paid internship. This is an incredible opportunity to visit an OMS field and serve alongside an OMS missionary team for 7-10 days. Expenses for this trip must be raised by the intern; this trip is not paid for by One Mission Society.
