This role focuses on consultative sales, system design, and managing HVAC projects from initial consultation to completion. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct customer consultations and assess HVAC needs • Present and sell system solutions (good/better/best options) • Prepare clear and accurate proposals • Coordinate with operations and installation teams • Ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction • Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline Requirements: • Experience in HVAC sales or related field • Strong communication and closing skills • Ability to manage projects and coordinate with teams • Customer-focused mindset
