Job description
**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a HVAC/Duct Foreman based in the United States.** This is a hands-on field leadership role overseeing ductwork operations across industrial and heavy commercial project sites. You’ll lead crews and subcontractors while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The role combines daily planning, crew coordination, field supervision, and communication with project leadership. You’ll help identify and eliminate potential hazards before work begins and reinforce a strong safety culture on every site. Success requires someone who can work independently, make sound decisions, and keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment. Because projects are located across multiple sites, this position requires a strong willingness to travel full time. It’s an opportunity to take ownership of field execution while contributing to complex mechanical and HVAC projects. ### Accountabilities - Oversee ductwork activities across multiple project sites, coordinating subcontractors and field crews to keep work progressing efficiently. - Plan daily work activities, establish priorities, and assign crew members to scheduled tasks based on project needs. - Supervise field execution to ensure work meets quality, productivity, and project expectations. - Enforce established safety policies and procedures, ensuring crew members follow safe work practices throughout each phase of construction. - Conduct pre-task risk assessments with the crew to identify potential hazards and implement appropriate controls before work begins. - Communicate regularly with other supervisors, project management, and leadership regarding work planning, progress, challenges, and completion. - Promote a professional, accountable, and collaborative work environment while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity. ## Requirements - Demonstrated previous experience performing ductwork in commercial, industrial, or comparable construction environments. - Prior supervisory or foreman experience, with the ability to lead crews and coordinate subcontractors effectively. - Willingness and ability to travel full time to project locations throughout the United States. - Strong understanding of field safety practices and the ability to identify and address potential job-site hazards. - Self-sufficient, motivated, and proactive approach to work, with the ability to take ownership of daily responsibilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with crews, supervisors, management, and other project stakeholders. - Ability to work productively in demanding industrial and heavy commercial environments. - Successful completion of an observed drug screen and background check. ## Benefits - Competitive compensation package. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Life insurance. - Disability coverage. - Paid holidays. - Paid vacation. - 401(k) retirement plan. - Opportunity to work on large-scale industrial and heavy commercial projects across multiple locations. - Career opportunities with a growing specialty contracting organization.
