## HVAC Sales Consultant – Boston Standard**Company:** Boston Standard Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Boston Standard is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their comfort needs, and recommend the right HVAC solutions for their homes. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the HVAC industry, is comfortable selling in the home, and knows how to build trust with customers. ### What You’ll Do - Run company-provided residential HVAC sales leads - Meet with homeowners and assess their HVAC needs - Recommend replacement and upgrade options including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and central AC systems - Prepare and present estimates and financing options - Educate customers and clearly explain equipment and system options - Follow up with customers and maintain a strong sales pipeline - Accurately document leads, estimates, follow-ups, and sold jobs in ServiceTitan - Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoff - Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and close-rate goals ### What We’re Looking For - HVAC or home services industry experience required - Residential in-home sales experience strongly preferred - Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and replacement options - ServiceTitan experience required - Proven ability to close sales and meet revenue goals - Comfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple options - Strong communication and customer service skills - Organized with excellent follow-up - Valid driver’s license ### Why Boston Standard?
