Job Description: We are seeking an experienced operational excellence professional to lead process transformation, governance, and operational integration initiatives across the Hybrid Cloud Support organization. This role will focus on defining scalable processes, establishing controls, improving documentation standards, driving cross-functional projects, and simplifying operational workloads. The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between the current Hybrid Cloud (Nimble) operational model and future-state modernized service delivery frameworks designed to increase automation, improve customer experience, and drive operational efficiency. The role will partner closely with operational leaders, engineering teams, support organizations, and transformation programs to ensure processes are consistent, measurable, integrated, and positioned for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Process Design & Governance Define, document, and maintain end-to-end operational processes across Hybrid Cloud support and service delivery functions. Establish operational controls, governance frameworks, and measurable performance standards. Drive standardization across multiple operational domains to eliminate fragmented workflows and inconsistent practices. Ensure process documentation remains accurate, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. Operational Transformation Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and integrate operational workloads. Develop future-state operating models that support increased automation and enhanced customer experiences. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and scalability. Partner with engineering and operational teams to align business processes with technology investments. Project & Program Leadership Lead cross-functional projects from definition through implementation. Coordinate stakeholders across operations, support, engineering, quality, and business management teams. Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and executive-level communications. Deliver measurable outcomes tied to operational effectiveness and business objectives. Root Cause & Service Improvement Create standardized root cause management practices across product and support organizations. Consolidate and harmonize operational learning from multiple support streams into a unified improvement framework. Identify recurring operational issues and drive sustainable corrective actions. Partner with support leadership to improve problem management and service quality outcomes. Strategic Enablement Support the evolution of Hybrid Cloud operational models toward integrated, customer-centric service delivery. Act as a catalyst for operational modernization initiatives. Drive alignment between current operational requirements and future business strategies. Promote a culture of accountability, process discipline, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Expertise in Pan-HPE & Nimble service delivery SFDC environment Significant experience in operational excellence, process management, service delivery, or business transformation roles. Strong background in process design, documentation, governance, and operational controls. Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives. Experience working in cloud, infrastructure, storage, support services, or enterprise technology environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities. Experience driving organizational change and operational improvement programs. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Hybrid Cloud, Storage, Infrastructure, or SaaS environments. Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable process improvement methodologies. Experience with automation initiatives and operational modernization programs. Familiarity with customer support, service operations, and root cause analysis frameworks .
