# IBM DataPower Integration Designer (ocp) > InnovationTeam · Riyadh, Saudi Arabia · — · Posted 2026-08-31 **Workplace:** on_site **Department:** IT ## Description Key Responsibilities: \- Attend business and technical meetings to gather and analyze business requirements. \- Perform technical feasibility assessments and propose the optimal integration solution in alignment with the core team. \- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents as per the defined standards. \- Design secure, scalable, and high-performing integration solutions using IBM DataPower. \- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. \- Collaborate with business, architects, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful solution delivery. ## Requirements Technical Skills: \- Strong understanding of SOA, enterprise integration, and middleware concepts. \- Hands-on experience in designing IBM DataPower integration solutions. \- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP, REST APIs, and XSLT. \- Experience designing DataPower services such as Multi-Protocol Gateway (MPGW), Web Service Proxy, and XML Firewall. \- Good understanding of security concepts including OAuth, SSL/TLS, AAA, and certificate management. Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience in the telecom domain is considered a plus. \- Exposure to IBM API Connect or other API Management platforms is an advantage.
