PwC’s Digital Identity & Access Management portfolio spans strategy, implementation, and managed services, providing an opportunity to lead engagements end-to-end — from defining IAM strategies and target operating models to implementing enterprise and cloud-based IAM solutions. About the role Deliver Digital Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects with deep understanding of the IAM solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Ping, Okta, etc.) · Define IAM strategies and frameworks that support business objectives and align with regulatory requirements Design IAM architectures (covering IGA, PIM, SSO/Federation & Directory solutions) and technical designs aligned with enterprise security, Zero Trust, and cloud transformation strategies. Develop IAM blueprints, technical patterns, and reference architectures integrating modern identity solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Understand business requirements, gather and translate those into system requirements Develop identity management governance plans · Understanding of the current regulatory environment and related implications to identity management and security/audit compliance Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request, certification and user Lifecycle Management Processes Customize IDM product functionality to fulfil requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality. Hands-on experience with programming and scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript, enabling customization and integration of IAM solutions. · Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation or requirements for associated projects · Create and maintain relevant documentation as required by the customer from time to time · Provide solutions for platform stability, functional defects and any new enhancements · Support sales and business development through proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations. · Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering technical depth and delivery excellence.
