Job description

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global provider of outsourced B2B sales, customer success and revenue operations solutions, that is seeking to onboard an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative (German-speaking) to join their team in Dublin. The role supports a leading company specialising in advanced AI systems and models, focusing on the enterprise market. You manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, identify new business opportunities and build trusted relationships with enterprise clients. Position: iGaming Team Leader Location: Remote Employment type: Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead, support and motivate a team of Korean-speaking customer support agents Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure excellent player experiences across all support channels Monitor team performance, productivity and quality standards Coach team members and provide ongoing guidance to help them achieve performance targets Handle escalated player queries and complex customer issues Ensure customer enquiries are managed professionally, accurately and efficiently Identify opportunities to improve processes, team performance and service delivery Collaborate with other departments to support smooth operations and resolve issues effectively Foster a positive, productive and high-performing team environment REQUIREMENTS: Native-level Korean language skills Good English communication skills Previous experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in customer support or player services Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or in a people management role Alternatively, experience overseeing a team, supporting colleagues or taking responsibility for team performance Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to motivate others, manage competing priorities and work independently in a remote environment OFFER: 100% remote working Company-provided laptop 6-month renewable contract Attractive employment benefits Opportunity to develop leadership skills in an international iGaming environment Immediate interview availability for suitable candidates And many more!
