Als erfahrener Project Controls Manager (m/w/d) etablieren Sie die erforderlichen Prozesse, Vorlagen und Tools, definieren gemeinsam mit den relevanten Stakeholdern die Kosten- und Terminbasis (Baseline) und überwachen die Leistung im Vergleich dazu. Dabei berücksichtigen und steuern Sie die Auswirkungen von Risiken, Chancen und Änderungen auf kontrollierte Weise. Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Project Controls, inklusive Terminplanung, Risikomanagement und Reporting. Analytische Stärke sowie die Fähigkeit, fundierte Empfehlungen auf Basis von Daten und Kennzahlen abzuleiten. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Primavera P6. Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung. Zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit. Hohe Organisationsfähigkeit und sicheres Arbeiten unter Termindruck. Hohe Eigenmotivation, Lösungsorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
