We are currently looking for Business Development Manager for our US operations who has/ can: Total 5-6 years of IT Solutions & Services Sales Experience in which recent 3 years as Business Development Manager/ Account Manager in Edison. Thorough understanding of Web/ Cloud based bespoke software development project sales cycle and proven ability to close medium to high value deals. Understanding of regulations, industry trends, and business processes at least two domains. Ability to build new and long term relationships with medium to large accounts. Should be able to leverage existing relationships in the market place to generate sales within a short period and grow the market for the company in a sustainable pace Self-driven go getter who believes in ethical business practices and long term commitment Consistently outperform self in achieving set targets and improve profitability of the operation Build and manage a team that supports the growth in business Work closely with teams in other parts of the world to maximize cross border market opportunities and resultant business Manage the local P&L as a profit center and ensure positive cash flow Candidates from Edison or willing to work in Edison will be preferred.
