Immigration Paralegal - full time or part time We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join a growing U.S. immigration law firm and support complex employment and investment-based immigration matters. This is a fully remote role for a highly organized legal professional who understands U.S. immigration processes, works confidently with clients, and delivers accurate work under strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize employment and investment-based immigration petitions. Prepare responses to Requests for Evidence and organize supporting documentation. Draft immigration forms, support letters, legal correspondence, and case documentation. Communicate directly with clientsto gather information, collect documents, and provide case updates. Track filing deadlines, case milestones, and government notices. Maintain accurate and organized digital case files. Support attorneys with case preparation and follow established firm procedures. Use AI tools responsibly to support research, drafting, organization, and productivity. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Paralegal, Lawyer, or Attorney. Minimum 2 years of recent experience handling U.S. immigration matters for a U.S. law firm. Strong experience with employment-based or investment-based immigration. Hands-on experience with preparing and filing immigration petitions. Experience preparing RFE responses and supporting evidence. Strong legal drafting and document preparation skills. Experience with MyCase or comparable legal case management software. Professional fluency in written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadline management.
