Position: In-Home Aide Lead: Registered Nurse Supervisor/Director Program: In Home Care In-Home Aide Location: Tarboro, NC Department: Clinical – In-Home Care Reports To: Registered Nurse Supervisor and CEO --- About D-POM, LLC D-POM, LLC provides compassionate, client-centered in-home care services for elderly and/or disabled individuals. Our mission is to support independence, dignity, and quality of life through safety and professional care in the client’s home. --- Position Overview The In-Home Aide provides personal care, household assistance, and emotional support to clients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role is essential to maintaining client comfort, safety, and overall well-being. --- Qualifications · High School Diploma or equivalent. · Completion of an accredited Nursing Aide program and registration with the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry.
