**Job Title:** In-Home Dialysis Support (Tehachapi, CA) **Location:** Bodfish, CA 93205 **Compensation:** $25 per hour **About the Role** We’re seeking a **compassionate and dependable caregiver who would like to become a Dialysis Care Partner**. This role is ideal for professionals who are familiar with dialysis routines are phlebotomists and are open to receiving training on dialysis machine setup and treatment support. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist with patient setup for dialysis treatments (e.g., NxStage, Tablo, or similar machines) - Provide companionship, emotional reassurance, and help maintain treatment schedules - Monitor safety and assist with light activities of daily living (ADLs) - Communicate with clinic nurses and care coordinators - Document observations and any concerns during support hours **Qualifications** - CNA, Phlebotomy certification **preferred** - Willingness to be trained on dialysis machine setup and treatment support - Reliable, empathetic, and detail-oriented - Strong interpersonal communication skills - Must pass background check and vetting via Herewith platform **What We Offer** - Consistent weekly hours at $25/hour - Stable scheduling tailored to the client’s care plan - Training support and placement assistance - Independence with the backing of a clinical care team
