Inbound&Out bound Quality Team Leader

Main Tasks Lead and develop the Inbound&outbound quality team to manage the supplier quality per global supplier quality strategy/guidelines/processes Lead the team to manage supplier audits Work with procurement for new supplier qualification, development Lead the team to realize supplier quality control plan for key material category, ensuring sufficient material qualificiation Lead the team to work with procurement on supplier quality performance evaluation and improvement Lead the supplier quality improvement projects for profitup, ensuring stable quality is supplied Work with development, procurement on R&D project/new product quality Work with supply chain on change management at supplier side Other Tasks assigned by manager or global quality projects. Competencies Function relative Knowledge and Skills Strong organizational & communication skills and leadership ability to drive improvement within the team Quality tools such as 8D, FMEA and APQP are preferred. Be sensitive/critical thinking to deviations/ potential risks and the ability to solve the problem Requirements Education Bachelor diploma in Mechanical or Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. Experience 3+ years experience in the manufacture of mechanical/machining parts background 2+ years management experience in the leader position of Process/Supplier Quality Experience in Quality tools (5 whys, 8D, FMEA, APQP…) and risk management is preferred Other skills Proactive working attitudes and willing to take challenges.
