We operate as one global team across the US, LATAM, India, Singapore, and the UAE. Our philosophy is simple: Happy employees make happy customers. About the Role Every ISHIR client relationship starts with a conversation, and you’ll be the one having it. As our Inbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for US businesses that reach out through our website looking for help with software, AI, data, or engineering talent. You’ll respond quickly, lead the introductory call, and qualify each opportunity. Qualified prospects move on to a project discovery session with ISHIR’s senior leadership. Once leadership takes over a deal, you stay the prospect’s point of contact for scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination, so every prospect gets a smooth, professional experience from first inquiry to handoff. This role suits someone with US market and IT services experience who enjoys real conversations with business buyers, works quickly and accurately, and wants a front-row seat to how AI is changing the way companies build technology. What You’ll Do Inbound Lead Response and Qualification Respond to new web leads within [1 business hour] by email and phone. Lead 15–30 minute introductory calls to understand each prospect’s business needs, challenges, project scope, budget, timeline, and decision-makers. Match prospect needs to ISHIR’s services, such as custom software, AI and data solutions, application modernization, or dedicated engineering teams. Qualify leads against ISHIR’s criteria and route early-stage leads into nurture. Review and re-engage existing web leads in HubSpot to find opportunities ready to move forward. Meeting Coordination with Senior Leadership Schedule qualified discovery meetings between prospects and ISHIR’s senior leadership. Prepare a short summary before each meeting covering the company background, stated needs, and key points from your introductory call. Make sure meetings happen, with confirmations, reminders, and quick rescheduling when needed. Point of Contact After Handoff After leadership takes over a deal, stay the prospect’s main contact for scheduling, follow-ups, document requests, and general communication. Keep prospects engaged and informed so nothing falls through the cracks. CRM and Reporting Log every interaction in HubSpot and keep lead records, stages, and next steps accurate. Report weekly on lead volume, response times, qualification outcomes, meetings booked and held, and lead quality trends. Use approved AI tools for company research, call preparation, email drafts, and meeting notes, and review all output for accuracy before it reaches a prospect. What We’re Looking For Required: 5+ years in an inbound sales, SDR, BDR, or inside sales role. US market experience: You have worked directly with US-based prospects or clients and understand US business communication norms. IT services domain experience: You have sold or supported sales of services such as custom software development, staff augmentation, IT consulting, or digital transformation. Excellent spoken and written English, and confidence leading discovery calls with business owners, executives, and technical stakeholders. Hands-on CRM experience (HubSpot strongly preferred). Availability to work US Central Time business hours. Nice to Have: Familiarity with AI, data, or cloud services, enough to ask smart qualifying questions. Experience working with AI-assisted sales tools. Experience at a company where leadership closed deals after the SDR qualified them. Why Join ISHIR? A place people stay: ISHIR is a 7-time Great Place to Work® certified company with an employee satisfaction score of 9.4 and an average team member tenure of 9.6 years. A growing, recognized company: We’ve been named to the Dallas 100 twice and to Fastest Growing Companies lists twice, and we’ve received the BBB Torch Award for Ethics. Direct access to leadership: You’ll work with ISHIR’s CEO and senior leadership on every qualified opportunity. Warm conversations, not cold calls: You’ll talk with businesses that already want to talk to us. AI at the center: You’ll learn how companies are adopting AI by working at a firm that builds AI-native solutions with partners like Google Cloud, Microsoft, Claude, and Snowflake.
