Indonesian LQC Specialist (Email Data Collection Project)

Job description

Location: Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand (required) Language: Indonesian (Native/Fluent) Type: Freelance, Remote Rate: USD 19/hour About the Project We are looking for linguists and language quality specialists to review email content in the target language - Indonesian. The project involves reviewing and validating emails across different categories, including: Lease Renewal Group Messages Digital Signatures Travel Updates Shipping Progress As a LQC Specialist, you will help ensure data quality by reviewing content, verifying category assignments, checking metadata, and supporting PII redaction processes. Responsibilities Perform first-round quality checks on collected emails Verify data accuracy and category assignment Review content quality and metadata Conduct second-round QC checks Ensure proper removal/redaction of personal information (PII) Follow project guidelines and quality standards Requirements Native or near-native Indonesian Currently located in Malaysia, Singapore, or Thailand Strong attention to detail Experience in QA, data annotation, content review, localization, translation, or similar fields is a plus Able to commit approximately 20+ hours per week Comfortable working independently in a remote environment We look forward to hearing from you!
