Der Fokus liegt auf der sicheren, kostenoptimierten und skalierbaren Auslegung externer Lieferketten durch strukturierte Lieferantenindustrialisierung, Transfersteuerung und Risikominimierung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten Lieferantentransfers & Industrialisierung (Schwerpunkt) End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für Lieferantentransfers (Make‑to‑Make, Make‑to‑Buy, Dual Sourcing, Lieferantenwechsel) Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Transferaktivitäten in enger Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Qualität, Fertigung und ISC Definition, Bewertung und Validierung von Fertigungs- und Prüfprozessen bei externen Lieferanten Analyse von Lieferantenfähigkeiten hinsichtlich Kapazität, Prozessreife, Stabilität und industriellem Risiko Unterstützung und Durchführung von APQP‑/PPAP‑Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Transfers Ramp‑up‑Begleitung sowie Stabilisierung der Serienproduktion nach Transfer NPD & Schnittstellenmanagement Industrial‑Engineering‑Beitrag in NPD‑Projekten u.
