In Ihrer Rolle als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Zerspanung/CNC-Drehen sind Sie für die Bearbeitung von Drehteilen, Pflege, Wartung und vorbeugende Instandhaltung der Maschine verantwortlich. Ihre Verantwortung Herstellung von Drehteilen nach Zeichnung und Arbeitsplan, Erfassen von Bearbeitungs- und Rüstzeit, Einrichten und Spannen der Fertigungsteile Erstellen oder anpassen von Programmen im Rahmen Werkstattprogrammierung Werkzeugvoreinstellung mittels Voreinstellgerät UNO 20/40 Allgemeine Pflege des Werkzeugmagazin und Standardwerkzeugbelegung, Werkzeugkorrekturen Sicherer Umgang mit Steuerung und Bedienung der Drehmaschine Eigenverantwortliche Qualitätskontrolle (gem. Anweisung Werker-Selbstprüfung) Durchführung vorgegebener Prüfungen nach Arbeitsplan Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften, Ordnung und Sauberkeit Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungen nach Wartungsplan Unterweisung sowie Einarbeitung von externem Personal Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf; vorzugsweise Drehen (m/w/d), Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), Werkzeugmacher (m/w/d) Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen.
