Because “good enough” builds the past. **You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.** Visit us here to learn more about ​[Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects](https://www.accenture.com/us-en/services/infrastructure-capital-projects) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC or Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You'll coordinate with public agencies and external stakeholders during construction to ensure compliance with off-site work requirements and project objectives. - You'll manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to established quality standards. - You'll support contract administration activities, including bid analysis, pre-construction meetings, award coordination, and contractor communications. - You'll review and evaluate contractors' construction schedules, submittals, schedules of values, and requests for information to ensure project readiness and compliance. - You'll lead coordination between project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, scope, and cost parameters. - You'll review contractor submittals and obtain responses to requests for clarification, maintaining accurate logs and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. - You'll negotiate change orders with contractors and assess cost and schedule impacts to achieve fair, reasonable, and project-aligned outcomes. - You'll review payment applications and oversee the fiscal management of project resources to support effective project controls and financial stewardship. - You'll coordinate with field inspectors to identify, document, and resolve differing site conditions and construction-related issues. - You'll perform a variety of construction management responsibilities and special assignments as needed to support successful project delivery. ### HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: - 3 -5+ years of experience in Construction Management required, specifically in near-water/over-water, - heavy civil construction projects - BS or BA in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience required ### BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - PE, CCM, EIT, LEED or licensure as an Architect preferred
