As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. ### HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, or related field - Minimum of 7 years direct experience in Land Development or consulting work in Land Development - Minimum of 7 years experience in project management, working on projects engaging directly with municipalities, AHJs, and utility districts to drive appropriate resolutions to development - Minimum of 7 years of combined working experience in the land development, design, permitting, and construction industrie. ### BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - Direct data center development experience - Experience in working through zoning, land use, and permitting in multiple markets - Specific knowledge of land use planning and development, including due diligence processes and contracting, A/E design processes, zoning, permitting, utility delivery, and full entitlement
