You'll administer mechanical construction contracts from procurement through installation, commissioning, and project closeout. - You'll oversee scheduling, sequencing, permitting, startup, and turnover activities for critical mechanical systems within data center environments. - You'll manage mechanical subcontractors and enforce health & safety standards across all mechanical construction activities onsite. - You'll review mechanical installation progress for quality and compliance with design drawings, specifications, and commissioning requirements. - You'll lead and document coordination meetings with Owners, Engineers, Architects, General Contractors, and trade partners. - You'll report to senior leadership on mechanical construction performance, including cost, schedule, risk, quality, and commissioning readiness. - **Onsite at client site**: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. - With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. ### HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Mechanical Construction Management ### BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. - Proven experience managing HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other MEP systems on large-scale construction projects; hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of mechanical construction means and methods, MEP systems, commissioning processes, and construction management best practices. - Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts, change orders, subcontractor agreements, and project-related commercial matters. - Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with Owners, Engineers, Contractors, and cross-functional project teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project reporting. - Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced data center construction environments.
