Because “good enough” builds the past. **You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm.** Visit us here to learn more about ​[Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects](https://www.accenture.com/us-en/services/infrastructure-capital-projects) As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC or Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details. ### THE WORK: - You'll oversee the design, development, and integration of electrical controls systems, including SCADA, EPMS, switchgear, power distribution, and other critical building systems for life sciences and pharmaceutical facilities. - You'll provide technical input on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil system designs during planning, design reviews, and project execution phases. - You'll collaborate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure all systems meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. - You'll lead installation, testing, commissioning, and startup activities for building systems, ensuring compliance with project objectives and industry best practices. - You'll conduct schedule reviews, monitor project progress, and provide technical updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to clients and project teams. - You'll troubleshoot and resolve electrical controls, power distribution, mechanical, plumbing, and facility system issues during construction, startup, and commissioning activities. - You'll coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle. - You'll prepare, maintain, and manage QA/QC and commissioning documentation, including test reports, issue logs, punch lists, and system validation records. - You'll develop comprehensive turnover packages and support seamless handoff of systems, documentation, and operational requirements to facility operations teams. - You'll ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations while staying current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. - **Onsite at client site**: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. ### HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field) preferred, or an additional four (4) years of related experience - 10+ years of experience in engineering (electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil), preferably within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or data center environments - 3+ years of senior-level construction management or design management experience. ### BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: - Comprehensive understanding of controls systems, SCADA, EPMS, and electrical equipment including switchgear and distribution - Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions - Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and vendors - Ability to effectively lead a diverse team of professionals in a dynamic environment, while also being capable of taking initiative when necessary - Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ASHRAE, ISO, IEC, NEC, NFPA, ASTM, ASME, AISC related to building systems - Experience with system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and energy efficiency optimization - Experience with or coordination of design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software
