Innovation Catalyst (Future Opportunities at NPX)

Job description

## **🌍 About NPX** [NPX](https://www.npxinnovation.ca/) partners with nuclear utilities and new reactor projects to unlock performance through innovation. We combine decades of nuclear operations expertise with AI, digital tools, and Lean processes to help plants run safer, smarter, and more cost-effectively. Our teams scale this expertise through three core capabilities: - **Strategic Consulting** — *What should be done* - **Engineering Services & Project Delivery** — *Getting it done* - **Digital Transformation & Practical AI** — *Doing it better* Founded in 2018 by four change-makers who weren’t satisfied with the status quo, NPX has grown from our first client, Bruce Power, to working with every nuclear utility in Canada and expanding into the U.S. nuclear market. *And we're just getting started!* ## **✨ Join Our Talent Community!** This is a general application for future opportunities at NPX. Every submission is reviewed by our team and added to our talent database. If there’s a strong match with an upcoming role, we’ll reach out directly. If not, you may not hear from us right away, but we revisit our talent pool as new roles open up. ## **🌸 Our Ideal Candidate** At NPX, the people who make the biggest impact tend to share a few things in common: - **Drive better ways of working:** You don’t default to “how it’s always been done.” You ask questions, challenge assumptions, and look for practical ways to improve how we operate. - **Operate with ownership:** You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks. You follow through, close loops, and don’t wait to be told what to do when something needs fixing. - **Elevate the people around you**: You show respect in every interaction, give honest feedback, and contribute to a team that’s aligned and improving together. ## **🔍 Teams and Opportunities** Helping our clients solve complex challenges takes talented people across many teams. This includes people who want to contribute in areas such as: - **Engineering Services** (Mechanical, Electrical and I&C, Engineering Programs, Continuous Online Monitoring) - **New Nuclear** (Reactor Technology Providers, Construction Execution, Supply Chain, Civil/Earthworks, Electrical, and Governance) - **Digital Transformation & AI** (Software Development, AI, Data Analytics, Digital Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, Organizational Change Management) - **Leadership roles** (People, functional, and technical across all areas) Whether you’re a technical trailblazer, a product visionary, or a builder of high-performance teams, if you’re passionate about solving complex challenges that enable clean energy solutions, we want to talk. ### **🌿 What You’ll Find Here** To do great work, you need to be well in mind, body, and soul. At NPX, we design our environment around the *whole person*, not just the job they do. - **🧠 Mind:** Tools and support for mental wellness, professional growth, and financial security. - **🧘‍♀️ Body:** Health coverage, a spending account, and the freedom to rest and recharge. - **🌀 Soul:** Meaningful work, alignment with your values, and time to refresh with time off. - 💰👀 **Financial wellbeing?** Covered. That means competitive pay and recognition for the impact you make. NPX provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce and welcome people from all backgrounds, experiences, perspectives, and abilities. 💬 Pssst. Just a heads up that we use AI to help in the filtering of candidates based on job-specific criteria. Humans decide who to move forward, and this way we're able to spend more of our time supporting our candidates directly.
