The BI&A Analyst will shape data-driven brand strategy, strengthen market competitiveness, and accelerate high-quality decision-making through integrated insights, advanced analytics translation, and performance challenges. This is a high-impact opportunity for a business intelligence professional who wants to deepen disease-area expertise while building leadership experience in both Japan and Asia Pacific environments. ＜Key Responsible Area＞ Strategic Insights & Advanced Analytics Translation Serve as a trusted thought partner to commercial stakeholders by translating business performance signals into actionable insights, recommendations, and decision options. Connect commercial and Data Science teams by bringing disease-area context, business priorities, and stakeholder needs into the development of advanced analytics solutions. Lead integrated primary market research planning and insight generation for the assigned disease area, improving the speed, depth, and quality of decision-making while strengthening analytics literacy across the organization. Monthly Business Reviews & Challenge Drive the end-to-end monthly business review process with leadership teams, ensuring the discussion moves beyond reporting toward interpretation, challenge, and action. Conduct deep-dive analysis across brand competitiveness, customer engagement, and HCP behavior to identify performance opportunities and risks. Maintain alignment of data, insights, and performance narratives within the Asia Pacific BI&A network. Dashboards & Reports Develop and implement analytics visualization platforms for the dedicated disease area, enabling dashboard adoption, report automation, and easier access to performance insights. Deliver secondary data analyses, including sales, promotion, and real-world data, in response to ad-hoc business needs and strategic questions. Sales forecasting Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely sales forecast development and submission for the Long-Range Financial Plan, Business Plan, and other forecast revisions. More than 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, ideally in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or strategic consulting. Proven experience using qualitative and quantitative data to understand Japan pharmaceutical market performance; in-depth knowledge of the Japan healthcare environment and systems. Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Business English proficiency, with TOEIC 800 or above preferred; strong written and spoken English skills.
